With the global launch of a new product range, Nespresso retail teams competed to generate the highest sales.  The Australian division partnered with Start Beyond to create a suite of immersive 360° videos that brought the products’ customer personas to life.  The success of the VR training program lead to local sales being higher than their international counterparts by 70%.

Objective

  • Create a Nespresso VR training solution for employees
