Built from sales tools, the VR solution replaced the traditional display suite to allow local and international clients to experience the units before they were built.
The planned tower comprises of 194 bedrooms across 61 apartments with 105 on-site car parks, 82 bicycle parks and ground-floor retail space.
Within the interactive VR experience, users can select a variety of apartments with different interiors and layouts. They can select the view as day or dusk, and explore different building levels, as well as common areas and the facade.
Incorporating drone photography of the exterior location with the high-quality interior renders, users can experience the apartment with exterior views as it would be in real life.
